Mia offers single consultation sessions as well as package offers to delve deeply into creating lasting health habits. *All consultations (including the One-time Reset consultation) come with a personalized program for you to bring more ease and health into your life.

This session is a thorough review of your current concerns and goals based on information from your intake form and our discussion. We will create an achievable plan that supports you to explore and enrich your health in keyways that fit your lifestyle.
One-time consultation: 1.5hr zoom session
2 Zoom sessions (First one 1.5hr, followed with 1hr session usually 2 weeks after)
